Gerardo Cazares

“Stitch,” by Gerardo Cazares
GERARDO CAZARES was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. The black sheep of the family as far as his culture and beliefs, like metal concerts and blasphemy, he felt like an outcast and went through a rebellious phase which still lingers. He joined the army at 20 in 2008 and deployed to Iraq in 2010, Germany in 2011, and Afghanistan in 2013. Since returning from active duty in 2014, Cazares has been producing and selling his art for a living.
