{"id":8619,"date":"2022-10-31T19:13:47","date_gmt":"2022-11-01T01:13:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jerseydevilpress.com\/?page_id=8619"},"modified":"2022-11-02T19:23:45","modified_gmt":"2022-11-03T01:23:45","slug":"worlds-crossing-the-palm-of-reality","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.jerseydevilpress.com\/?page_id=8619","title":{"rendered":"Worlds Crossing the Palm of Reality"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\"><strong>Christopher Collingwood<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My world is a string<br>of proverbs \u2013 a chain of<br>of 1\u2019s and 0\u2019s, an electronic<br>mosaic offering vision,<br>a wave of immersion<br>finding shape beyond the senses;<br>binary growth becoming<br>the lattice of a reality, a world in<br>birth by formula, coexisting<br>to a biological tangent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simulation brought to truth,<br>symphony by a linear key,<br>units deciphering meaning,<br>consciousness declining breath,<br>accepting a new reality \u2013<br>a physical absence; an abstract<br>harmony escaping cells, inspiring an<br>artificial conversion, intelligence<br>on the wake of a photon, conceiving<br>the first digital sunrise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Descendant of the circuit,<br>two worlds divide \u2013 held in your<br>palm is a world gaining<br>sustenance by digits,<br>knowing serenity of the bit<br>in continuance; the other world<br>expands out by the helix,<br>a mitosis of conception,<br>cellular boundaries in motion,<br>engaging existence with the<br>senses, a chaotic realm \u2013 finding<br>warmth in textures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Synergy in aspiration,<br>no map truly separates the<br>two worlds; a breeze<br>seducing skin, may find a<br>path to a virtual cheek,<br><em>\u2018in the reality of a dream no<\/em><br><em>language is different\u2019<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 and in<br>the embryo of a smile, we find<br>common ground, emotion pleading<br>for the prophecy of sentience,<br>allowing the space<br>between a 1 and a 0<br>to become much closer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n&nbsp;\n\n\n\n<hr\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CHRISTOPHER COLLINGWOOD\u00a0<\/strong>was born and raised in Sydney, Australia. He completed university in Sydney and graduated with a degree in business studies.
